What Do I Need to Do to Prepare for Cleaning?
Remove all lose items from the areas to be cleaned. If you have an area rug over another rug and would like the carpet under the area rug cleaned, please move prior to appointment.
Do you move furniture for cleanings?
No, unfortunately we do not. We are insured only as a cleaning service, not a moving service. We would hate for your valuables to get damaged so we ask that any furniture be moved prior to cleaning.
How long until my carpet and upholstery is dry?
Due to our technology and cleaning methods, your carpets will be good to go in 2 hours or less! Depending on the upholstery materials, it can take up to 8 hours to completely dry and we recommend a full 24 hours before covering any cleaned upholstery.
Are there any post cleaning recommendations?
We suggest vacuuming your cleaned carpets the next day once completely dry. Due to the encapsulation process, dirt will continue to be trapped during the drying process. While we take out most of the dirt and soil with our equipment, heavily soiled carpets can benefit from an extra vacuuming the next day to help prolong your clean!
